REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 10 days of the invoice date for a full product refund. (Sorry, we cannot refund freight, special order and final sale merchandise or items with personalized inscriptions.) To return any item, please email Customer Service or call us at 1-888-343-5090 for an R.A. (return authorization) number. When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice with the return, write the R.A. number on the outside of the package and include a short note explaining the reason for your return. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. For your security, as with our fine jewelry, all returns are opened in the presence of two jewelry receivers who verify the contents upon their arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 10 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks.
